Very simple and quick to make. I added some flour diluded in half a cup of chicken stock to thicken the sauce and made double sauce recipe. I opened up my chicken breasts to cook faster. Next time I would add perled onions or mushrooms to the sauce (saut? before). I will definitely make this recipe again for my family and next time I host.

Yum! I made this last night for dinner and it was so simple and delicious. I was searching for something just like this. I had all the ingredients on hand so I was relieved to find this recipe and really enjoy it. It will go into our rotation, thank you FancyPants! :)

Very fast and tasty. I pounded my chicken breast till they were about 1/2" thick and the cooking time of 6 minutes on each side was perfect. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I also used Tom Douglas's Chicken rub, but I added it to the flour I dredged the chicken. The kids liked it too minus the sauce which was fine--that just meant more sauce for me!

So yummy and easy! My sauce was on the salty side as I used salted butter and reg. chicken broth. I also prefer thicker sauce so added a little bit of cornstarch (maybe 1/2 tsp. w/a little water to dissolve) to thicken it up a bit. My chix breasts were pretty thick so it took a lot longer than 5 min. each side, more like 30 min. flipping every 5 min. or so. It was just right! Thanks for sharing-btw it was great for the kids too as I skipped the sauce and they were happy w/the plain chicken! :) Perfect family meal.
