What flavour!!!!.... for such a simple dish. As I was just cooking for two I only made half...and we just gobbled it right up. Although I was looking for a meatless dish for this evening, we both thought italian sausage would be a wonderful addition. Thanks Chef mariajane for an addition to my "keepers".

I made this last night for my husband and he was totally impressed!! It was SO easy to make and it was a dish that you would expect to get at a fancy restaurant. I did add sausage to the dish.. It was a spicy Italian sausage and I cooked it like ground beef with some roasted red pepper flakes and garlic it TOTALLY made the dish!!! Thank you for the recipe I can’t wait to have friends over to try it!
