Very good! I don't like sweet/mustard potato salad, so this was an excellent replacement. I subbed healthier Veginase for the Miracle Whip. Yummy!

I usually hate potato salad because of the mustard and egg, but I thought this recipe was absolutely delicious! Just the right amount of tang. I eased up on the onion and splashed a little extra vinegar. Perfect with our weekend BBQ.

This was fast and simple to make. I used yellow onion because that's what I had on hand, next time I will use green onion. I also used kosher salt which gave it a little added texture and flavor. This is a keeper..thanks for sharing this recipe!

Wonderful!!! I used baby potatoes from the farmer's market, regular mayo (can't wait to try it with Miracle Whip) and dried onion powder. I'm sure I had less than four med. potatoes so I just guesstimated at the amount for the rest. Loved it, thanks!!

Quick and tasty potato salad. I microwaved the potatoes as suggested. The only change I made was to use chopped sweet onion instead of onion flakes. This salad is especially nice served warm. Served with pork chops dipped in soy sauce and barbecued and steamed yellow beans from the garden. A great side dish I will make again.

Very quick and easy to do, lighter than regualr potato salad and a nice taste from the red wine vinegar, also a pretty pink color.

Excellent! I am not a huge potato salad fan, mainly because I don't care for heavy, gloppy, mayo-based dressings. This is perfect, though. Just enough mayo (I used Hellman's light) to keep it moist, and the little bite from the vinegar made it interesting, reminding me a bit of sour cream. Much richer tasting than the calories reflect. Good flavor and quick to put together. Would make a great side dish for any dinner since it doesn't have to be made ahead and chilled. Thanks, eebrag, for posting!

I have to agree with the others. Very tasty. I love vinegar and this is so simple to make and not filled with too much mayo. I did add finely diced celery to it (a must in my potato salads lol) but followed the rest of the recipe just as posted. Very good! Thanks!

Absolutely delicious! The DH devoured it, and I don't even have any leftovers for my lunch tomorrow!!! Definitely a different take on a potato salad, it will from now on be a regular in this household. Thanks!

This was very good. I have never tried red wine vinegar in potato salad before, It gives it a different flavour than the usual. We don't care for garlic so I omitted that. I will make again but just use regular onion and dice it..
