These were good, but we had to add salt and garlic. Without the salt and garlic it was kind of bland.

I love mashed potatoes, sour cream and chives so had to give this recipe a try. My potatoes were rather large so I added extra butter and sour cream. I think next time I would prefer peeling the potatoes but all in all very tasty! Thank you for posting this recipe Marie. Made and reviewed for the Red Tag Game in the TOTM forum.

I have never been a fan of "flavored" potatoes, but wanted something different tonight. I am converted! Very easy and not overpowering.

I made a half recipe of these and they were great. I used a ricer to 'mash' the potatoes.

Yummy! Sour cream adds great flavor, more than cream, I was very happy with how this turned, out, it looks so pretty with fresh chives from the garden and a few on top to garnish, will make often.

Delicious! The potatoes took about 25 minutes of cooking after the boiling point until they were soft. I only had dried chives, so I only added 3 Tbsp, though I could've went with 4 Tbsp. Great recipe, thank you for posting!
