A sweet and fruity drink, just the thing for a warm summer evening. I adapted this from a recipe by Bobby Flay.
- 2 (750 ml) bottlesred spanish table wine
- 1 cup brandy
- 1⁄2 cup triple sec
- 1⁄2 cup simple syrup (to taste)
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 peaches, sliced
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
- Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Serve very cold.
maybe it was the wine i used, but the peaches just didn't seem to go with the wine.
