    TLB117's Note:

    This is based on minor modifications made to E-Z Low Fat Bisquick Mix, including use of King Arthur's White Whole Wheat Flour, which is a great-tasting whole wheat flour. Using this new version, along with a simple Bisquick pancake recipe, I made a great batch of 'non-healthy-tasting' pancakes. I can't wait to test out other Bisquick recipes! Nutritionally, this is higher in everything you want it to be higher in (fiber, protein, etc.) and lower in everything you want it to be lower in (calories, fat, sugar, sodium, etc.) than the Bisquick Reduced Fat mix.

      This mix went together very quickly, & then I used some of it to make your VERY NICE TASTING Buttermilk Banana Pancakes (Healthy)! And, since I use bisquick every once-in-a-while, I look forward to substituting this for that! Thanks for posting this recipe! {Tagged, made & reviewed just for the 'halibut!']
