Roasted Red Pepper & Green Onion Dip

ingredients
- 236.59 ml light mayonnaise
- 236.59 ml reduced-fat sour cream or 236.59 ml light sour cream
- 118.29 ml asiago cheese, grated
- 19.84 g envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing, and recipe mix
- 198.44 g jar roasted red peppers, well drained and chopped
- 44.37 ml green onions, sliced and divided
directions
- Mix mayo, sour cream, cheese and salad dressing until well blended.
- Add peppers and 2 T of the onions, mix well and cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 T onions.
- Serve with chips and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
